Here’s how it works
So even if your furnace isn’t ancient enough to get to the first place, you can still win second or third.
We’re giving away THREE prizes
The results will be announced on January 15th.
Terms and Conditions
  1. The promotion campaign is offered exclusively by Fuse Service for the free replacement of the oldest furnace in San Jose and surrounding areas.
  2. Participants in the promotion must submit information about their old furnace, including photos of the furnace, via the form above. Without form submission, the applicants are not eligible to participate in the promotion campaign.
  3. Participants cannot be related in any way to Fuse Service employees or their families, nor to each other.
  4. The total number of selected winners will be three.
  5. The shortlist will be published on our website on January 7th. Participants selected for the shortlist will receive an email to the address provided in the submitted form.
  6. The finalists will be announced on January 15th. The winners will be published on our website. Selected winners will receive an email and a phone call via the contact details provided in the submitted form. We recommend following updates on our website.
  7. The total cost of replacement will be covered by Fuse Service Inc. entirely.
  8. This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or offers.
  9. This promotion is not applicable to projects that have already been installed or are in the process of being installed by Fuse Service.
  10. Fuse Service reserves the right to verify the condition, age and eligibility of the old furnace.
  11. This promotion is non-transferable and has no cash value.
  12. Fuse Service retains the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  13. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions made by Fuse Service regarding eligibility and implementation of the promotion.
  14. Fuse Service is not responsible for any damages or liabilities arising from the participation in this promotion.
  15. By participating in this promotion the applicants agree to the treatment of their personal data.
  16. The promotion is valid for a limited time only. The dates of the campaign are stated as follows:
  • Application submissions: from November 25th to December 31st
  • Shortlist selection: From January 1st to January 6th
  • Shortlist inspection by FUSE specialists: From January 7th to January 13th
  • Winners selection: January 15th
17. Participants must also agree to Fuse Service filming the inspection and replacement process, and grant Fuse Service the rights to use this footage for promotional and marketing purposes.
